Eve was making her way outside,towards the grounds.She had just finished her lessons and now wanted to take some fresh air.The lessons were somewhat stressing,but she made it through the day.She was still stressed out,and taking a walk outside would do her good.She smiled as soon as she reached the grounds,and inhaled deeply,as a wind started blowing.She sighed happily,and started walking down the grounds,ever so slowly,examining every small detail of the view.

She wanted to sit by the lake and relax before dinner.The weather was a little chilly,and she shivered a little,but that didn't stop her from reaching the lake.She continued to walk down the grounds,seei the lake coming into view.The wage was calm,but pitch black.It was a signal that it was getting darker by any minute.She ran down the rest of the way,and stood a little further from the lake,staring at her.

Ian moved quietly like a shadow drifting across the ground, it wasn't that he didn't want to be seen, he just had ways of blending in.

At the moment his mind was occupied by the spell he was performing. It wasn't so much a spell as just dabbling in pure magic. In his hand he held a tight ball of energy, which when he moved his other hand close would jump across like lightening.

As he neared the lake his attention was distracted, a girl was up ahead. Letting the energy disappear a great idea for a prank entered his mind. Creeping closer he stopped just behind the girl then grabbed both of her wrist, "Boo," he whispered next to her ear.

Eve let out a yelp and and turned around,coming face to face with a boy.He looked kinda familiar but she couldn't remember where she had seen him before.She yanked her wrists from his hands and smirked at the boy.

"Now,who are you?",she asked raising an eyebrow.Who knew?At the end they might end being good friends/

Ian chuckled, amused by the girls reaction. "Ian Salvatore," he offered up his name but nothing more. He wasn't all that big on talking.

Stepping around the girl he studied the lake. It was getting close to curfew, but he didn't truly care. After all what use are rules if not for breaking? "Want to jump in?" He turned to face the girl again, a mischievous grin on his face.

Eve smirked as the boy told her his name.He seemed like a tough little one.She shook her head and turned around as soon as he stepped around her and studied the lake.His next question made her laugh a little."Aren't you a little young to be dirty minded?",she asked walking over to him."I'm Eve by the way."

Ian raised his brow casting a quizzical look her way, "Dirty minded? Me?" He laughed again, this time a true laugh, not one of his fake chuckles. "I was serious Eve." He grinned at the girl. "Should I push you in?" he teased.

Eve smirked back.She admired the boys slyness and confidence.But this wouldn't take him anywhere.Eve was ready to tell him something when he talked again.This time Eve looked at him serious."You wouldn't dare...",she said slowly,never breaking eye contact with him.

Ian smirked and took a quick step towards the girl, reaching for her hand he clasped it tightly then glanced towards the water. "Oh but wouldn't I?" He gave her a challenging look, daring her to tell him he wouldn't once more.

Eve tried to pull her hand back,but failed.The boy had a strong grip on her wrist and she didn't want to end up with a broken wrist.His eyes were challenging her and she would gladly accept the challenge.She was one risky female.Eve leaned forward so that she was face to face with the boy."You.Wouldn't.Dare."

Ian pulled her close then tugged the both of them closer to the lake. "Actually dear Eve I would dare." He paused for a moment, then pulled the both of them into the cold water.

Releasing her hand he came up from the water laughing. He was drenched and the water was not only cold it was close to freezing. He pushed back hair from his face and looked at Eve, "Probably shouldn't have dared me," he commented with a wink.

Eve's eyes widened when he pulled her close,and she tried to release herself but he wouldn't budge."Damn boy strength!",she said before Ian pulled them closer to the lake.He stopped for a minute,and smirked before he pulled them both into the lake.

Eve came up for air as soon as he released her hand.Her white shirt was now drenched,and staring to become see-through.Eve growled,and looked over at Ian who was laughing.He gave her a wink,saying that she wouldn't have dared her,and continued laughing."I swear I'll kill you!",she said jumping at him.

Ian only laughed harder at what he considered an idle threat. "Nice shirt," he commented when his laughs subsided. He follow the comment with another smug look then crossed his arms.

"Should I be worried?" He took a step back towards the lake shore as if trying to run away then splashed water at the girl instead.

Eve growled again at his comment,feeling her cheeks getting hot,even in such cold water.She launched herself at him,trying to get a hit but couldn't make it,seeing that he was making his way towards the shore."Yes,you should take it as a threat and you should be worried!",she said.

She looked down at her self,when she felt water hit her.She looked up to find Ian there,splashing her.She bit her lip and ran to the shore,pushing him down,sitting in his waist.She pointed a finger at him and had a serious look."Don't mess with me.You don't know what I'm capable of!"

Ian smirked up at the girl sitting on him. He had to admit she look quite fiery and well to be honest beautiful when she was angry like that. He met her eyes with a cool look, he wanted to anger her into showing more of that temper, but he decided against it for now. "Fine. I'll leave you alone."

He sat up, gently pushing her off from him in the process. "Sorry for causing you distress." He was lying of course, the whole deal had been fun for him.

He stood up to go then paused and turned to face her, "Exaresco," he pointed his wand and her clothes immediately dried.

Eve watched him carefully as he stood up and started walking away.She didn't believe he was sorry.At all.But she liked the way he was acting.He was sly and cunning.Something she adored.He stopped and turned,casting a spell on her.At first she was shocked then,she felt her clothes dry up.

She looked up at the boy as he begun walking away again."Wait!",she yelled and ran up to him with a sly smile."Care to join me in our Common Room?",she asked knowingly.She knew he was sorted into Orbis Terrarum,and was glad about it.

Ian studied the girl carefully after hearing her invite. In general he didn't like spending time with other people, he didn't in fact like other people at all. But she wasn't one of the usual air heads that frequented his space, she actually looked intelligent and had even stood up against him. I can tolerate her for now.

He shrugged, "Yeah sure. You aren't too annoying," he meant it as a compliment even if it didn't sound like one.

Eve leaned her head to the side and raised an eyebrow."I'll take that as a compliment.",she stated and grabbed his arm,pulling him with her,towards the castle."I think in the future we might become good friends.",she said and shrugged,while continuing walking.
