It had been a couple of days since Merrick and Professor Sylvanus' fling at the Three Broomsticks. Merrick really had not had an opportunity to speak with Edward since then and he wanted to get some answers. He had made his way to the Astronomy Tower and knocked on the door to Edward's office, hoping that he would be in and be willing to see Merrick.

Justin opened the door and saw a good-looking guy from his dorm standing there. "Professor Sylvanus isn't here, I am watching over his office for him.. but what do you need? I could write him a note.. Unless you want to come inside.." he said. He smiled lightly and licked his lips, not for a sensual thing, but they were dry.

Merrick rubbed the back of his neck. This wasn't the way he wanted things to go right now. He needed answers and this guy couldn't do that for him. However, being rude was not in his vocabulary. "I would like to come in, thank you." Merrick said as he stepped inside. He looked at this mysterious male as he spoke, "I'm Merrick, who are you?"

"Justin Preston, Liquidum Fifth Year." He said. "So, what brings you here?" he asked.

Merrick blinked his eyes a few times. How did he not know who this was? "Wait, how is it that we're in the same year and same house and I feel like I've never met you." Well, that was easier answered than said. It was because Merrick pretty much avoided everyone and everything. He then remembered that he needed to answer the question Justin had asked him. "I had come to talk with the Professor about a personal matter. I didn't know you were close to him." Merrick began to wonder if Justin had a relationship with the Professor like he did. Was he getting played?

"I guess we just never acknowledged each other," he said and smiled.. "But now we have.." he stated and licked his lips at a look at the guy's body.. "And I'm not close to him, but I can get close to you." he said. Justin was somewhat the opposite of his older brother. Very seductive, and a little sneaky in a good way..

Merrick's senses began tingling as he could tell that Justin was flirting with him. He had recognized it for what it was, right away. He furrowed his brow, "Thanks but no thanks. I like someone already." Merrick didn't want to say anymore and expose the fact that the person he liked was the Professor.

Justin wanted to go far, after all, what was Magica without a little fun? "Are you sure?" Justin asked, now sitting across from Merrick, and ran his hand through Merrick's hair..

A tingle ran down Merrick's spine as he felt Justin's hands through his hair. He took a deep breath and tried to compose himself. He nodded his head as he spoke, "Yes, I'm sure." Merrick said outloud but his body on the inside was telling him otherwise.

Justin wanted to continue teasing until he got what he wanted. "Okay," he said with a smirk on his face. "So if I touch you here," he said, and put his hand on Merrick's chest after unbuttoning his shirt, "you would still be sure?" he asked.

Merrick gulped as Justin kept doing things to him. He couldn't physically do anything about it, he had a feeling if he tried to push Justin away, it would just make him come back. He just did his best to sound confident as he nodded his head, "Yes, I would be."

"And so If I touched you here," he said, going down touching Merrick's errect crotch, squeezing it, "you would still be sure, am I correct?" he asked, getting really close to Merrick's face..

A soft moan escaped Merrick's lips. He tried so hard to keep it back but there was no hope that he could hold out. He looked into Justin's eyes with a pleading as he spoke, "Why are you doing this?"

"You need love, I see that," Justin said, and began to unzip Merrick's pants, and massage his testicular area. He then began to kiss it, and suck on it, and allow Merrick to groan all he wanted.
