Kyan was running from a black, murky smoke that he couldn't make out in his head, he stopped for a second, and decided to face it..


"What do you want?" he asked.

Jack came up from the mist..

"You're joining me, whether you like it or not. I see something in you. What have they done for you here? Ignore you? I can open a world of magic to you." he said.


Jack waved his hand, and a ball of color floated around in the air. "You don't have to hurt anyone, your father knows." Jack said.

"That's not enough reason. And even if it was, why you, out of all people?" Kyan said, "I know who you are."

"That's a reason. You know who I am, no one else does. Doesn't that itself tell you something? You see, if Leonardo was your real father, he would've sent a search team coming for you, correct?"

"You would've had a team coming for me, if you were smart.."

"He does." Ben said, after dropping down from the ceiling.

"You see Kyan, I am powerful. And we can do this easy way, or the hard way." Jack said.

Taylor was tracking the missing first year in her wolf form. Her ears were up and her paws making no noise as she continued her tracking. Soon she heard voices and went back into her human form pushing her blonde hair out of her face. She had her want in her hand and looked around the corner and saw three people. She stepped into view and saw Ben. "Ben! Take the first year back to the headmaster." She said her want up at the ready in case the male tried anything. She had no idea if Ben was brainwashed or not, it was just her dorm mate. someone she had come to get to know and trust. Her eyes fell upon the first year and the male, "You! Why are you doing this? To a first year none the less!" She asked getting a bit less shy, she was shy and timid but you did not want to make her angry or get on her bad side.

"Ben follows my orders. You see, I found Ben in the forest. And yes, maybe I did brainwash him. He only listens to what I say. No point in trying to fight him. Kyan, let's go."

Kyan looks back and forth between sides, and then just stands there and waits for them to battle, he runs as fast as he can.

Jasmine had been watching what had happened, though not clearly seeing the man that was speaking. Though she did see another first year. What was his name? Ben was it? and another one from that red house. The one that was missing! She scrunched up her nose before gripping her wand tightly, sending an Immobulus at Ben before biting her lip. What was that spell the headmaster thought her? Gah! The timings she had to forget!

Taylor narrows her eyes as a growling like sound fills the air and her eyes flash from blue to golden brown...the color of a person that can shift into a wolf. . SHe jumped hearing another person and spun around to see Jasmine, oh good, it was no longer just her, and she knew she was not brainwashed. She ran over to join by her and nodded to her."Leave my friends alone! Wind Gust!" She shouts as a gust of wind
was sent to Jack and looked over at Ben hoping he would snap out of it, if not she would use her spell to make the brainwashing go away.

"Two on one are we?" Jack asked. "You children have no idea who you're dealing with," he said,

"Mindus Conquero!" he casted at Taylor.

Ben was standing there, vulnerable. He couldn't do anything, but wait until Jack released him from this curse! He was so upset that the man had to do the spell from behind without a fair fight!

"Come on, they have to know the spell!" he thought..

Ben's special Attribute is Telekinesis. He tried seeing if he could talk to Taylor with his mind..

"Taylor." he said. "Cerebelum Reparo."

Jasmine bit her lip as she thought before snapping her fingers together, aiming her wand at Ben again, "Cerebelum Reparo!" she casted at him before looking towards the man that aimed a spell towards Taylor, looking scared though she did send an immobulus his way after.

She was not backing down! Not now,you do not hurt her friends! She stood their and knew that that spell meant, she read all about it one night and it as a dark magic spell, lovely. Just lovely! "Protego" She yelled hoping she could protect herself and Jasmine and her mind before it got to them, hopefully she was quick but wasn't totally sure. "Fire Blast" She said her wand pointed at Jack and looked over at Ben as Jasmine said the spell she was about to say, hopefully it worked and he would help them. "Ben, are you okay?" She asked, her answer would give her the answer and she looked at Jasmine,"Thanks for casting that on him." She said with a slight smile looking back at Jack.

"I think so.. can I be taken to the Hospital Wing please? Teleporto is the spell.. just make sure you think of who you want to come with you, I think Harold can take care of Jack."

By this time, Ky was already out of the mines, and up the stairs of the library.

"First year, and almost get turned into a Shadow Member.. Good Job Kyan." he said to himself.

Jasmine turned towards Taylor before nodding, "Go and get him. I'll take care of Ben" she said before hooking her arms with Ben, listening to him, "So I just got to think of bringing you there okay" she nodded and concentrated her best on bringing Ben with her, "Teleporto Hospital Wing!"

She nodded, "Go, I'll meet you two there." She said and once they were out of harms way she took in a breath, "@Harold The Third, I need you!" She called as her voice echoed her eyes staying on Jack, he was not going to get away...not now.

Harold appears after feeling that he was needed in the Mines.

"I thought I would bump into you here, even though you were a student in the past, you're a shadow in the present. BE GONE!" he casted, and Jack disappeared.
