Taylor ran to from the halls to the headmaster office and pushed the door open "Headmaster! I want to be a part of the search team! I want to help!" She said and stood there waiting fro him to listen to him if he answered her.

Headmaster was looking out the back window, and turned around.

"Okay. Can you look in the mines for me? If you need anything, just owl me. I can't leave the castle, unless I put Harold in charge." he said.


Library >> Downstairs >> Mines

She nodded to him, "Yes headmaster, I will. Anything else you need me to do?" She asked, she'd start when she left looking in the mines. She just had to help find this first year, and keep he dorm safe.

A small first year girl peeked her head inside the office looking a bit unsure of herself. She'd never been to the headmaster's office before, much less around any of the adults outside of the classes she'd only just started. She hoped she didn't have to read anything like in class. It was always so boring and she always had to fight off sleep. Daydreaming helped... why was she being stared at right now?

Oh right!

"Um... can I help? Mom said I was always good at finding lost things." And hiding for that matter, but she wouldn't bring that up. "Do you think I could search outside? Huh?" A breath of fresh air would be good...

Harper wiped a bit of leftover pudding off her cheek and stared up at the headmaster before getting lost in thought again. Her gaze wandered over to the third year girl she'd seen in her dorms, who was now receiving a very wide-eyed stare while Harper daydreamed about who-knows-what.

"I really wanted three people.. But you two are good. There are lots of things I have to tell you about them. I must warn you, they may have brainwashed a few of our own people, so stay strong. DONT HOLD BACK, on ANYONE.. Just don't kill them.."

"Use this spell on any brainwashed people if you need to.." he said, and gave them a slip of paper...


"Cerebelum Reparo." was on it.

She looked behind her at the voice near the door and smiled at the first year and was glad she wanted to help but was a bit worried, hoping she knew what she was in for. She looked back at the headmaster and nodded, "Okay." She said with a nod and read the paper putting it in her pocket.

"Off you go, search.. Good please. The hospital wing is here for anyone injured."

Her stare was broken after suddenly receiving a slip of paper in her opened hand. What was this for again? She'd missed that part and everything before it while mentally going through her class schedule that she'd forgotten. Cerebelum Reparo? How did she now there was going to be more learning when she came up here? This was like that dreadful charms class all over again. Oh dear... she hoped this wasn't a charm spell. Hopefully she didn't mess it up anywhere near as badly as the other times. The other first year student from Habitus was still in the infirmary after she'd locked his mouth and eyes shut by accident earlier in the day.

Her head was in the clouds again... she needed to stop doing that. Harper looked down at the paper and nodded after sounding out the spell a few times to herself. After putting the paper away in her pocket with the class schedule that she'd been missing all day, she gave a half-smile to the headmaster to show that she was ready and confident as ever, even if she wasn't.

"We'll find him!" She looked back at the third year student and hoped she knew what she was doing.

"Good." Leonardo said, and nodded.

Esme rushed up to the headmaster's office once they were dismissed so she could find out what she needed to do to help. So many places a first year could be, she knew how big this place was and how easy you can get lost.

Making it up to the headmasters office she knocked having it come open seeing others already in there.

"I would like to help to Headmaster. Just tell me what you want me to do."

Jasmine had casually stepped in right after Esme and grinned, "Hello professor, May I be of service?" she asked calmly. She had explored the castle her very first day and just wanted to now what had happened.
