Kyan sat in the cold outside next to Lake Profectus..

"It's cold out here," he said. Kyan was all alone, in the cold. Last time this happened, he was taken. He was hoping someone other than Jack would come to greet him, in other words, he wants to be associated with good people, not the bad influences.

She tilted her head sideways. "It IS a person!" Lili ran up behind the stranger, silently like a ninja.
