| Hello Members! I'm looking for staff members, and I may start adding on within the next few days. So, fill out an application below, and I'll watch over your behavior and tell you yes or no, with a reasoning as well. Please know that being staff is going to be very rare here, not like every other forum, where you just get it automatically. I'm looking for certain types of people for certain kinds of positions. This isn't easy. Also, please know that you can get kicked off of the Staff Team at any time, for any reason. Staff members must have no warnings or bans, and must follow all the rules at all times. I hope you understand. Each position has a special role here on MA. Please know which one you want. In parentheses is the number of them I need. Prefectarian (2): A moderator of the forums, makes sure everyone is doing the right thing, and helps in the support forum. Also reports bad members to me. Judarian (2): A helper of the forums, and moderates as well. Makes sure everyone knows how to get around, and welcomes new members as well. They also help out in the support forum. Graphic Designer (2): Creates graphics for people in the Art Room, runs all the art-related events, and moderates the forums. - Code:

Why Should You Be Staff?: I have been a helper/mod on other sites so I do know what i means to be a staff member, I also was a temp admin while the admin took time away from her forum. I also run my own forum so I understand how to act and what to do. I also treat everyone with respect and kindness and think before I type so my actions are thought out, never rash. I'd love to help out here and help others get into their element. |
